My baby hits on his head with his both hands sometimes and now he is trying to pull his hairs also please tell us it common or serious? Because my brother in law’s daughter also do the same

Teething is natural process that involves gum swelling follow by eruption of tooth. This is very painful process ,keep baby well hydrated,may massage honey or White butter over swollen gums thrice a day that will sooth baby,may use fruit nibblers on sos basis.sime physician advised calceria phos tab but must be given after consultation with homeopathy doctor.
