#asktheexperts hello, my son will be 9 months old on march 5 . he has started standing with support and trying to put steps but nowadays he hits his head on walls and surfaces also sometimes hits his head with his hands also in sleep. is there anything to worry and what can i do for this.

A. no make area baby friendly it is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury. also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor. it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related to injury. you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops. you can apply warm compresses over any swelling. if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
