my baby have red spots as seen in this pic. whyis so. is that fade away.. do i need to apply any oil.?

sorry but I can't find any attachment.
but as your child has red blisters , please avoid using any cosmetics.
keep that area clean
try cool pack on it.
keep your child in well vantileted room
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
Maintain good hygiene.
