My baby has got diaper rashes and coconut oil isn't helping much. What else can I do?

Cleanse the area gently with water and a mild, unscented, alcohol-free cleanser or wipes. Apply a thick layer of a zinc oxide-based diaper rash cream or petroleum jelly to create a barrier between the skin and wetness.
