my baby has cold which medicine I have given to her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral disease that usually occurs with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .you can give sinarest/ascoril flu cold in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms buyt only under medical guidance.for fever give calpol.no self treatme9nt should be done.it may take upto two weeks also in recovery so dont worry if gradually symptoms are getting relieved.child will resume normal activities and eating thereafter.

OTC cough and cold medicines don't treat the underlying cause of a child's cold and won't make it go away sooner ⸺ and they can be dangerous to your baby. I suggest you to choose a good brand for your little one like this brand is most trusted by mom's please
