my baby has cold and cough I started maxtra and kofarest syrup which is recommended by my paediatric but the cold is increasing there will be no effect what should I do?

Sinarist give this for cold it is a basic anti-allergy that I’m suggesting you which you can give three times in the day with a gap of eight hours and that is going to be benefiting apart from that you can give steam to the child indirectly twice or thrice in a day
