My baby had eczema 2 weeks back. Does it leads to dry skin??

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes Eczema leads to dry skin Avoid excessive hot water when bathing or showering;Avoid dry conditions air conditioners and heaters Use a soap-free cleanser or bath oil;Apply a thick moisturiser preferably immediately after a bath to retain moisture in the skin
