My son has extremely dry skin. He has got small boils too. Does he have eczema? Which product to use?

you should consult your pediatrician for this
at home ,
choose Cotton clothes for your child
avoid using any cosmetics
apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this
