My Baby girl was 2 weeks old giving formula milk because not getting enough breast milk. what can I do to increase my breast milk

ShwetaGuardian of a 3 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. You need to cook dry fruits in milk then have twice in day...you will get the results,also it will produce enough breast milk for your toodler.

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Here are some of the way to increase your breast milk naturally.
Breastfeed often and let your baby decide when to stop feeding.
Pump between feedings can also help you increase milk production.
Breastfeed both sides.
Add garlics, fennel seeds, fenugreeks seeds and all types of fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies into your diet. Drink plenty of water too.
