#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 weeks old but i am not getting enough of breast milk to feed her can you suggest something to increase breast milk

A. Since the old days in India, there is a common practice of consuming cumin seeds (jeera) panjiri with dry fruits and jaggery instead of sugar, which is given to a new mother after five to six days of delivery. Cumin seeds enhance milk production.
