A. Excessive sneezing and runny nose lead to watering eyes so first of all put saline nasal drops to clear nasal blockage and apply Vick’s baby rub and give mantra drops to the baby

A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmericf with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 dayfs then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.
