My baby 17 month old and he has got a lot of cold he has cough and a lot of water eyes and he’s helth also very bad , what medicine please suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. maxtra syrup for the baby hudcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
