Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. b r Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Sinarist 10 drops twice a day can be given to the child you go ahead with his medicine it is just a basic antiallergic that will help in controlling the running nose for the child you can give it for minimum three days and maximum five days as you can consult your doctor if it is
