my baby girl is 3.3 yr old .can I give ripe banana in cold days ?? she also have cold allergies in cold days.

Avoid Banana during cough and cold times it’s not recommended to be given it can aggravate the issue which is why I am away to advise you not to give it for the timing you can give it to the child once your child is completely fine and out of this issue
