My baby girl is 18 months old and she is super active but says only 2-3 words. she understands everything we say to her but never replies. Also her weight is 10 kg. Should I be worried for her growth?

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please speak to your baby more and share nursery rhymes with your baby on daily basis and also baby start speaking properly up to 3years . As baby is active then no need to worry about baby weight.
