my baby girl is 11 months old viral fever ke bad vo kuchh kha nhi rhi h plz suggest

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such sidtuation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also bde tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
