my baby girl is 11 month old.last three days she is having cold.i am giving her matrix 2.5 ml nd zifi 5 ml suggested by my doctor .but from two days she is not doing potty.what to do.and her cold is not going.still she is having cold nd from nose some sound is coming.what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration nveeds to be maintained .
