My baby girl got small rashes around her. She is constantly starching and it's turns red. I assume it's bcus of sweat and hot flash. Please suggest some remedies. Can I us talcum powder. I tried aleo vera gel. ice cubes, coconut oil. Still the same

A. Cotton clothes and towels can be used instead Apply candid cream or calamine lotion before putting diaper or cloth nappy. Avoid rubbing excessively while cleaning the affected area. take care
