my baby girl completed 2 year 9 month but my weight is so much I want to lost actually my husband is out of country so I have no time for excercise and all because I care my daughter so please suggest me diet because all house work I m doing from my self please help

A. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight. You could miss out on essential nutrients and you may end up snacking more throughout the day because you feel hungry. A. Hello dear parent! Try to take out sometime for doing some physical activity like walking , yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
