Q.

I have lost a lot of weight after 10 months of pregnancy so what should I do so that I do not lose weight

A. Hello mom if the weight loss been drastic then it’s better to get your self tested for thyroid and Hb levels , you would be prescribed some supplements after delivery as well do take that and also take care of your diet keep yourself hydrated wit fluids, also take small frequent meals , have panjiri , dry fruits milk , easy fo digest foods that’s your meals like roti , dals, vegetables, fruits are also very much beneficial
