ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Don't force your child, try different recipes, try too feed veggies in different forms or hide and sneak them into meals.
Try - parathas, puris made of palak, beetroot, pakoda made of methi, palak, make tikkis, add veggies to omelette, chilla, dosa or soups. Make colorful salds using seasonal vegetables, add different veggies to rice, pasta, upma etc.

Kids are fussy in eating food.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
Keep trying.
Make eating fun.
Distract when not eating with toys and games. when busy with games make ur baby eat.
