Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. constipation in small babies is quite commonly seen and is more with babies who are fed with formula milk. Usually constipation of few days is considered as normal in babies below 6 months of age,you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day to your child will and give frequent feeding, usually medicines or suppositories are to be avoided in such a case .if baby is having gastric pain you can give collicaid drops.give proper tummy time and burping to avoid gastric trouble. In case of severe constipation of above one week you can give supposjrjitory but only under medical advice.

it is normal
no worries
because it is normal for newborns to not pass stool on daily basis or to pass stool on alternate days.
just feed your child on demand.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
give massage to your child everyday which definitely help in this.
