Q.

my baby have constipation problem. she is not doing motion regularly...when she pass motion it is very hard. very difficult to make motion...please give some suggestions

A. you will have to apply dietary modification for your child and give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool

A. Hello Mom ) you need to give water on regular basis to your baby to keep her hydrated along with that start giving papaya on daily basis as it is good for relieving constipation curd is also very good so add it in babies diet along the way to apply mustard oil on babies potty area and try to make your child sit on the legs as on Indian toilets as this posture helps to pass the motionWrite Your Answer Here
