My baby constipated a little bit ,even his water intake is sufficient. He 1yr 1 month old. I also included papaya in his diet.

A. he should be involved in proper physical activity. he should be given a proper Fluids in the diet along with more and more fruits and vegetable. this will help in prevention of constipation
