Amount:
Offer small sips (a few ounces) of plain water in a cup during mealtimes.
Frequency:
You can offer water a few times a day, especially during or after solid food introduction.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 months agoA. Minimum of hundred ML of water you should give as many times as you want there is no restriction on the amount of water neither there is a fixed time that is when you have to give water you can give it as per your convenience
