my baby cheeks having dry n red due to winter. I used sebamade facial protective cream after bath n almond oil for massage. but there is no effect. it is ok to use sebamade facial protective cream or not

A. use Vaseline Jelly , it is 100% pure petroleum jelly. It contains no impurities because it is triple-purified and highly refined. Applying petroleum jelly will lock in that moisture. best during winters, comuts, some rashes.
