they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /nigght and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility off starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

Hi It may be a possibility that your child is suffering with some kind of an allergy which is why your child catches cold every time the weather changes this is basically some kind of a Weather change allergy only that’s happening with your child so I’ll advise you as of now that you go ahead with the consultation with your doctor to understand it better and start with an allergy
