My baby boy of one month old has got pimples all over face, shoulders and its still extending. What might be the reason and please suggest remedies for this?

get stool assessment for ruling out lactose intolerance
Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
