I could see a lot of small pimples all over the baby face & body. What could be the reason? And remedy for it?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it could be baby acne usually it alright by the time so no need to worry but if a child is feeling discomfort,if it is increasing , there is pus, irritation etc then please visit your pediatrician
