SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi it will eventually go or see of its heat rash.. Restrict food items which are considered warm... And also check on the clothing of baby... Maybe you are making the baby wear more than required... The rule of thumb is one extra layer of what you are wearing.. And avoid woolen caps and use normal hoseiry caps.. obviously all these advices are subjective to the weather.. which ultimately you hv to decide but these few changes can help resolve the heat rash... The way keeping the baby warm is impt cz babies temperature control is poor and we hv to protect babies from getting cold, protecting them from overheating is also impt... Cz even overheating can lead to cold and cough... And this happened with my lo... So judge your surroundings and your baby and find out what's wrong
