My baby boy is now 19m old,from last 3-4days he is passing urine in a day only 4-5times,I’m giving him water but he is drinking in very little amount for that what should i do plz suggest me

A. dear mum , the urine output is less in summer due to loss in sweat and breathing but if child has dark yellow urine , dry mouth looks dull then dehydration give buttermilk , seasonal fruits encourage sips of water in between
