my baby boy is 4 months and 2 days old now his weight is only 5.800 kg.Everyone says he is so slim how can I help my baby to gain more healthy weight please suggest

The weight is very good second average weight your child should have gained in these four months is 2 kg so what was the birth weight accordingly you check if your child has gained a minimum minimum of two kgs in these four months then this is ideally good and if not then you can consult your doctor and hence done with formula milk
