Q.

my baby boy is 11 months can I keep sunflower seeds and water melon seeds in his food . is their side effects to that

A. Both I am healthy and I don’t think so they do not have any side-effects but if you want to use it from the age of 10 months if you can go ahead with it but just make sure that certain things can cause constipation or heavy to digest so just find that out first and then only feed the child
