join in play school ur baby, there has lot of playing colour full items and play with babies or friends, he can change that climate once try like this, 
my babies r also 2.5 now there r gng

Hello , your baby boy is 29 months old and he doesn’t speak even monologues words like mamma and papa etc then see if he has a tongue tie or consult with speech therapist
