Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. keep the child well covered and cover the ears and neckof the child properly to prevent temperature variations.
give nasal saline drops every 3 hours which will help in decreasing both cough and cold. you can also go for indirect steam inhalation. continue regular diet and keep child well hydrated.
if the child is well hydrated then cough and cold will improve rapidly.x
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can put saline drop for you can also use instant rub from babyhug and in regards to the other medicine it would be better to check your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry and not a problem
