my baby aradhya is still not talking to us, not asking for food and water. everything she asks through gestures only. she has completed 3 yrs and 2 months. not saying mummy and papa. what to do. is she autistic??

Some children are late speakers, Spend lots of time communities with your child. asked frequent question or or make her ask for it and then give it to her- a process called .Don’t try to force your child to speak. do consult ur paediatrician n speech delay to rule out the cause n management accordingly
