Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please add some vegetables in your baby rice and also you should give bay dal roti and mix vegetables rice too.
