My baby, 37days old, has not pooped in last 7 days. She is exclusively breastfed. Her feeding, urine are normal.She is active. She is passing gas, which is smelly. I have tried to give cotton dipped in water around her anus. She is given regular massage. But still not passing stool. I am really worried. What can be done? please help.
