Hi doctor, my exclusively breastfed 3 month old baby has not pooped since 5 days.

A. Hi dear mom As ur baby is exclusives breast fed baby, then constipation is normal as breast feeding babies are rarely constipated. Babies can poop once in ten days also. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry
