my baby 3 months old he have cold n cough Dr prescribed sinarest syp or duolin nebulize is it safe...

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with thhat cough expectorant and decogngestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptomgs.
