hello dr my baby have cold n cough which drop should i give sinarest or tminic which drop is banned in india?

A. Sinarist af you can give 10 drops to the child three times in the day and if you have any kind of doubt then check with your doctor first because these medicines have been given for years together and none of them are banned but if you have a doubt then please check with your doctor first
