With regular communication the speech of the child is going to become better so do that and slowly the words will be better right now it is not at all a problem and you have to explain it to the child that it is a very unhealthy and unhygienic to poop in clothes and or in diaper so slowly if you do not give that comfort and take your child to washroom every two hours your child would be bound to learn it
