my baby 125 days old... past, 3 days he pooped like green color with fresh blood... what is the reason?? )please any one help me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It might be due to stomach infection so it’s better to consult your Paediatrician once and get it checked as if stomach infection then antibiotic course needs to be done take care
