My boy baby he is 9 month old yesterday we put pneumonia vaccine.. today morning he pooped like green color and mucus with (blood) it like foam pls help me what is the reason and what to do

A. It’s better to talk to your Paediatrician once about it and if there is blood in stool then it might be due to infection so maintain good hygiene abd give light and easily digestible foods

A. hi it could be food reaction or Infection please visit your pediatrician. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more keep your child well hydrated.
