ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well if Yu are breasts feeding its ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
