Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal.
Give top food 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

as a child is 11 months old,you can now start to offer all fresh food which you regularly prepare for your family.
ideally,you can offer 3 meal with 2 snacks.
it includes sabji, chapati,dal ,rice ,dairy product etc.
