my almost 3 months baby is suffering from colic. he burps regularly. still what to do what should be avoided to eat

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom try to identify anything in particular that you are eating that is triggering the condition. you may try to use hing in your meals also have jeera or ajwain or saunf water . avoid whole grains , potatoes , canbbage , legumes like rajma , channa etc
