is milk to be avoided for kids suffering from constipation

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and if he is having a constipation and if he is taking a milk as a main food then it’s not advisable as it may contribute the constipation

A. no some amount is needed Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation cwill improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. some babies gets constipation issue as taking cow milk so that should be restricted keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple give curd daily raisin water
