Q.

What food items should be avoided by breastfeeding mom so that baby doesn't have colic problem.

A. mother should strictly avoid spicy and oily food. give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

A. Hi Colleague problem in general is very common with kids but of course if you want to avoid something to eat then you should avoid Heavy food which is very difficult for a person to die just let hole or Rajma you can have a good amount of onion and garlic in your food that’s going to be a lot helpful and also whatever you eat make sure that you adding decent amount of carom seeds to it because Karen seeds helps a lot in dealing with the colic pain issues in a mother as well as a child as
