My 8 months baby boy 4 upper teeths are coming and he is vomiting . what to do ???

A. during teething kids tend to put everything in mouth which causes stomach infection. make sure everything that child puts in the mouth is clean. for vomiting please visit a pediatrician and give plenty of fluids.
